Метою дослідження є вивчення стану вищої освіти Китаю з професійної підготовки бакалаврів електронної інформації та технологій. Встановлено вісім основних концепцій для розвитку та модернізації освіти. Вперше схарактеризовано професійні знання і вміння, яких набувають бакалаври спеціальності електронної інформації та технологій та проведено аналіз їхньої відповідності Національному стандарту освіти з відповідної спеціальності у закладах вищої освіти КНР.
Отримані знання дозволяють зробити висновок про організаційні засади професійної підготовки бакалаврів електронної інформації та технологій в університетах Китаю.
