КОМПЕТЕНТНІСНИЙ ПІДХІД ДЛЯ ФОРМУВАННЯ КРЕАТИВНОЇ ТА МОТИВОВАНОЇ ОСОБИСТОСТІ ЗДОБУВАЧА ВИЩОЇ МЕДИЧНОЇ ОСВІТИ

Першочерговою в сучасній вищій медичній школі є проблема покращення якості знань та навичок випускників, як майбутніх фахівців медичної сфери. Введення нових освітніх стандартів передбачає перехід до компетентнісно-орієнтованої освіти, коли в результаті інтегрування понять знання-розуміння-навички формуються здатність і готовність до професійної діяльності, що позначаються як компетенції. Автори прагнуть з’ясувати можливість формування якості креативної та мотивованої особистості студентів-медиків на основі традиційних та новітніх підходів. Методи дослідження: аналіз науково-методичних, навчальних літературних джерел та узагальнення власного та університетського досвіду проведення занять. Результати: розширення форм та технологій викладання фундаментальних та клінічних дисциплін спрямоване на формування у студентів професійної мотивації для здійснення їхньої подальшої професійної діяльності, закріплення й конкретизацію отриманих знань та навичок.
